Email is the only way to reach us, and we read everything that arrives.
The best way to get in touch is by email: [email protected]. We do not have a phone line, a postal address for correspondence or a contact form, and we do not use social media messaging.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If you think something in a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what you think needs changing. If you can point to an official source, even better. We handle corrections as set out in our editorial policy.
- Topic suggestions. Questions you could not find answered in our guides help us decide what to write next.
- General questions about the guides.
What we cannot help with
We cannot advise on your particular electrical installation, building work, structural problem or suspected asbestos. Those need a qualified professional who can inspect the job in person. We also cannot recommend specific products or retailers, and we do not accept requests for sponsored content, product reviews or link placements.
Response times
We aim to reply within a week. Error reports are prioritised, particularly anything affecting safety.
